INFORMATION TO HAVE READY

Please have the following information pre-prepared:

  1. Child Photo

  2. Immunisation History Statement 

  3. Customer Reference Numbers - (Please be advised that your child will have a separate CRN to the Primary Guardian).

  4. Direct Debit Information

  5. If applicable, relevant Medical Management Plans

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you have completed the enrolment for our service, we will review the enrolment form and you will then receive an email from Xplor welcoming you to our service and providing you with a ‘Create Account’ link.

Please use this link to set a password, pin and enter your mobile number. 

​

Once you have set up your Xplor credentials, you can then go to your nominated app store to search for and download the Xplor Home app.

  • Sign In/Out of Care

  • Update Personal /Payment Details

  • Create Casual Bookings & Mark Absences

  • View Statements & CCS

  • Follow Child's Learning & Development
