OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our service is committed to providing a vibrant, progressive and safe environment focused on the well-being and enrichment of our children. Our goal is to nurture the development of life skills that will support our children’s independence and growth into well rounded young adults.

Our diverse program provides children with options to explore their interests, challenge their personal boundaries and develop their independence. We recognise the importance of play-based learning and children’s contribution to, and ownership of their program. We endeavour to make each child feel safe, secure and supported acknowledging and respecting the different cultures, identities and individual beliefs of our children & ensuring positive outcomes for all.

Our educators are valued for not just our professional knowledge but our unique interests, skills and experiences. We endeavour to act as positive role models, promoting open trusting communication and facilitating children’s learning and development through active engagement in the programming cycle.

We strive for continuous improvement in our sustainability, embedding sustainable practices in our service that support the preservation of our environment. We educate and encourage our children to be environmentally and socially responsible and to take pride in the place in which they live.

We understand our vital role in the community, and strive to foster a sense of connectedness through actively contributing to the well-being of the community and maintaining positive communication between families, the school, educators and children. We value and utilise the vast experiences, knowledge and expertise that the wider community can contribute to enriching our children’s well-being and development.

Our commitment is to Sustainable OSHC's continuous evolution using a holistic approach to the National Quality Framework and striving for best practice in delivering a service that enhances the lives of our children.
